Data sent through the form (name, email, phone, message) are used to answer your request and to organise what you asked for: a stay, a table, an experience, an event, an order. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Data of those booking a room are processed by the booking engine, which has its own notice, and at the relais for legal obligations (guest registration, invoicing).

With separate consent, your email is used to send news of the house: exhibitions, seasonal experiences, products. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Form requests are kept for twelve months from the last contact. Booking data for the periods required by law. Email for news until consent is withdrawn.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: by writing to info@casamirabilerelais.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).

The site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party analytics. A single technical cookie remembers for seven days that you closed the contact panel.
