The old stables
In the estate's old stables, under high vaulted ceilings. Period furniture and the colours of the earth.
For families
A large room with its own outdoor space, in the quiet of the garden. An extra bed for those travelling as four.
The terrace over the sea
Two rooms with hand-painted majolica, a four-poster bed and a private terrace looking over the vineyards to the sea.

The services
House bread, ricotta, garden jams, eggs, the fruit of the season. From 8 to 10.30.
With sunbeds and the lounge bar, May to October.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the great hall at a single table: bread baked that morning, ricotta from the Agareni cheesemakers, jams and preserves from the garden, eggs, seasonal fruit and the cook's cakes.
From 8 to 10.30. If you leave early for Selinunte, a basket is ready.

Questions
Rooms are ready from 3 pm. Check-out is by 10.30, but if the room is free you can stay until noon: just ask the evening before.
Yes, with notice at booking. The garden and the olive grove are as much theirs as yours; the osteria and the pool are not.
Suites and Terrace Suites have the extra bed. Up to three years the cot is free. The pool is not supervised.
By car from Palermo airport in a good hour and a half, from Trapani in an hour and twenty. Satnavs find «Contrada Agareni, Menfi». On request we arrange a transfer with a local driver.
Conditions depend on the rate chosen on the booking engine. The flexible rate cancels free of charge up to seven days before.
